Oatmeal Raisin Cookies
Hearty, chewy, and filled with plump raisins and warm cinnamon.

Ingredients
- 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup brown sugar, packed
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1½ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- ½ tsp salt
- 3 cups old-fashioned oats
- 1 cup raisins
Directions
- Cream butter and sugars. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla.
- Whisk flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt; mix into wet ingredients.
- Fold in oats and raisins.
- Scoop 1½ tbsp dough onto baking sheet.
- Bake at 350°F for 10-12 minutes until edges are lightly golden.
- Cool 5 minutes on sheet before transferring.
