Chicken and Rib Eye
Cut up Rib Eye Steak and Chicken thighs into pretty good size chunks and marinate them with Teriyaki Sauce. The Teriyaki sauce should be thick and the one I get says "Baste and Glaze". Let marinate for about 20 minutes. Put on scewer and cook on grill for exactly 20 minutes around 500 degrees.
Note: I have tried other types of Steaks, but the Rib Eye is the best.
