Cookie Dough Pie
1. Finely crush Oreos. Use a food processor blender. Combine chocolate wafer crumbs and melted butter in small bowl. Press in the bottom and up the sides of a 8-9 inch pie plate to form crust. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
2. In a mixing bowl blend brown sugar and butter until creamy. Stir in milk, vanilla extract and salt. Gradually beat in flour. Mix in chocolate chips.
3. Carefully spread cookie dough into chocolate pie crust. Refrigerate until chilled.
4. Place mixing bowl and wire whisk in freezer to chill for at least 10 minutes. Pour whipping cream and sugar into bowl and beat on medium speed until peaks form. Don’t over beat. Spread over cookie dough
