Janet's Stuff Shells with Italian Mixture
Cook macaroni shells according to box. Brown Italian sausage with chopped onion and garlic. Drain any fat and let cool. Squeeze all water out of package of chopped spinach.
In a bowl, mix sausage mixture, chopped spinach and package of cream cheese. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese in and continue to mix well (use hands). Take a pyrex dish and spray with pam. Stuff shells with sausage mixture. Cover with marinara sauce. Grate either fresh asiago or Parmesan cheese over the top. Cover pan with tin foil and bake in oven at 350 degrees for about 40 minutes or until you see bubbling. Take foil off and cook for about 10 minutes.
