cook macaroni for 3 minutes. Drain and set aside. preheat oven to 350. In a large saucepan melt butter, blend flour, mustard, salt and pepper. Cook until mixture is smooth and bubbly, gradually add milk. Cook and stir over medium heat until mixture boils, simmer one minute. Gradually mix in cheese and stir over low heat until cheese is melted. Add pasta and mix all together. Put in casserole and sprinkle with cheese. Once baked good, add croutons and bake for another three minutes.


16 oz of Elbow Macaroni1/2 cup of butter (one stick)6 tbsp all purpose flour1 tbsp dry mustardsalt and pepper4 cups of milk16 oz of sharp shredded cheese (for mixture)extra sharp cheese to sprinkle on top2 cups of crushed cheese and garlic croutons
